A more useful place around the phenomenon
Published plans describe new paths, lighting, landscape, green space, seating and public-art elements. The goal is not simply to restore the old surface but to make the elevated space easier to enter, understand and spend time in.

Expected Fall 2026 means verify before visiting
Downtown Tulsa Partnership reported an anticipated Fall 2026 completion for the reimagined public space. Construction schedules can move. Until an authoritative opening announcement is published, this guide will not substitute a hard reopening day.
