Give the neighborhood more time
BOK Center events, Cain's Ballroom shows, festivals and Arts District programming can change traffic and fill nearby spaces. On a busy evening, parking once and walking a compact route is usually more useful than trying to move the car from attraction to attraction.
- Read every curb or lot sign; private and public spaces may sit side by side.
- Keep your license plate number handy for pay-by-plate systems.
- Do not leave valuables visible in the vehicle.
- Check construction access separately from parking availability.
Make the walk part of the visit
A spot near Guthrie Green or the Arts District can put the Center of the Universe, music museums and food within one walking loop. A spot nearer the downtown core makes Boston Avenue's Art Deco buildings a natural approach.
